Return & Refund Policy
Last Updated: February 26, 2026
At Prasads Co, we provide digital products and services such as websites, software, and digital solutions. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order is completed and access or delivery has been provided.
1. No Returns on Digital Products
All products and services delivered in digital form (including website files, code, designs, licenses, or downloads) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
By confirming your purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital product or service and agree to this no-return policy.
2. Payment Failures and Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to technical issues at the payment gateway, bank, or network, but the amount is debited from your account, the payment is typically automatically reversed by your bank or the payment gateway within their standard processing time.
These automatic reversals are handled directly by your bank or our payment partners (such as the payment gateway provider) and are not processed manually by Prasads Co.
If you do not receive an automatic refund within the expected time, we recommend:
Checking your bank/card statement, and
Contacting your bank or payment provider with the transaction reference.
You may also contact us with the payment reference details so we can assist with verification and guide you on next steps.
3. Duplicate Payments
In case of a clear duplicate payment for the same order, we may verify the transaction and initiate a refund request via the payment gateway, after validation and subject to our internal review.
4. How to Contact Us
If you believe there has been an issue with your payment, please reach out with your transaction details:
