1. Services Offered

We provide custom web development, responsive design, WhatsApp Business API integration, business automation, and cybersecurity solutions for businesses in Bengaluru and beyond. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are outlined in separate project proposals or contracts.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts. Client accounts (if created) require accurate information. You’re responsible for account security.

3. Payments and Billing

• Payments via Zoho Payments or Razorpay (PCI DSS compliant).

• Invoices due per agreed terms (e.g., 50% upfront, 50% on delivery).

• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest.

• Refunds only for non-delivery of core services (discretionary, minus processing fees).

• All fees exclude GST (18% applicable).
  
  

4. Intellectual Property

• Pre-existing work: Our tools, frameworks, and code libraries remain our property.

• Client deliverables: You receive full ownership of final custom deliverables upon final payment.

• Source code: Provided only if contractually specified (additional fee).

• You grant us a license to use your provided content (logos, text) for project completion.

• Portfolio usage: We may showcase your project (anonymized) unless you opt out in writing.
  
  

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide timely feedback, content, assets, and approvals.

• Ensure your content doesn’t infringe third-party rights.

• Maintain backups of your website/data.

• Report issues within 7 days of delivery.
  
  

6. Revisions and Delivery

• Up to 2 rounds of revisions included (minor changes).

• Major scope changes require change orders (additional fees/time).

• Delivery timelines start after upfront payment and complete client inputs.

• Force majeure (e.g., server downtime, pandemics) may delay timelines.
  
  

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

• We warrant services meet agreed specifications for 30 days post-delivery.

• Websites built to modern standards (HTML5, responsive, SEO-optimized).

• No other warranties: Services provided “as-is.” No guarantees of rankings, sales, or uninterrupted uptime.

• Third-party services (hosting, Zoho, Razorpay) not warranted by us.
  
  

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability won’t exceed fees paid for the specific service. No liability for indirect damages (lost profits, data loss). You indemnify us against claims from your content or misuse.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate with 30 days’ written notice (post-milestone payments due).

• We may suspend/terminate for non-payment or breach.

• Termination doesn’t affect accrued payment obligations.
  
  

10. Confidentiality

Both parties protect confidential information disclosed during projects (2 years post-termination).

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law (Karnataka jurisdiction). Disputes resolved via arbitration in Bengaluru.
